I am David Dibble. I consult and train in healthcare organizations with leaders, managers, and staff in a new, but proven effective change model: 3D Healthcare.

Stress in systems/workflows are the root causes of the many problems in healthcare. 3D gets to root causes meaning you will only have to put out the fires one more time.

WHO I AM

I am a top systems thinker. I know systems improvement at a very deep level. I’m likely the only consultant you’ll meet who understands the power of the Law of Dissipative Structures to ruin your workflows and burnout your staff.

I developed the 3D Model as a way to make staff-led systems improvement a reality and I can teach it to you.

I’ve been successfully doing evidence-based 3D work in healthcare since 2005 and written two books on the subject.

In addition to workflow/systems science, I studied eastern, Native American, and other bodies of transformational knowledge. I spent eight years with don Miguel Ruiz, author of the iconic “The Four Agreements”.

I have trained and work with other kindred spirits in delivering 3D Healthcare.
